Three weeks in and I've noticed my afternoon snack attacks just aren't hitting the same way, which is a huge win for someone who used to raid the pantry by 3pm. The chromium picolinate capsules are easy to swallow and I like that a single bottle covers a full month.
I was skeptical about the capsules at first, but the chromium picolinate combined with green something has honestly made my afternoon snack cravings way more manageable. I'm three weeks in and my blood sugar feels steadier, plus the 30-capsule bottle is easy to keep on my desk.
The 30-day supply is perfect for keeping me consistent, and I’ve noticed my mid-afternoon snack urges are way quieter since starting it. Blood sugar feels steadier too, which I didn’t expect from just a capsule.
