The AB Fortis formula is a game-changer for me — my stomach usually rebels against iron supplements, but this one goes down smooth with zero discomfort. My energy levels have noticeably steadied over the past month, and I’m not crashing by mid-afternoon anymore.

I’ve been taking these for three weeks and my energy levels are noticeably steadier by mid-afternoon, which hasn’t happened with other iron supplements. The fact that it’s formulated to be gentler on the stomach is the real winner for me—no cramps or that awful metallic aftertaste.
