I’ve tried plenty of sleep gummies, but this one actually knocks me out within twenty minutes of taking it. The blackberry zen flavor is subtle and not too sweet, which I appreciate at 2am when I’m half-awake but drifting off. Woke up about 7 hours later feeling genuinely rested, no groggy haze following me into the morning.

Ruby B. ★★★★★

Fell asleep faster than I have in months—that extra melatonin really does the trick. The gummy itself is soft and chewy, and the blackberry taste isn't too overpowering, which I appreciate. Woke up feeling actually rested instead of groggy.
