The berry tangy tangerine flavor actually makes these taste like a little treat, not a chore. I've been taking them after lunch and I notice my focus holds steady through that 3pm slump without the jittery feeling. The ginseng blend is doing something right for my afternoon work sessions.
I was skeptical about gummy supplements, but the berry tangy tangerine flavor actually makes these a treat to take each morning. The ginseng blend has me dialed in at work by early afternoon, which is when I used to hit my slump.
The 36-count bottle has lasted me a full month of workdays, and I've noticed I'm much less likely to drift off during afternoon meetings. The tangerine flavor is a nice pick-me-up on its own, though I do chase it with water since the ginseng kick is noticeable.
