Kaikki kunnossa. Tämä karkki tuplaa hyvät bakteerit ja terveellisen annoksen prebioottista FOS:ää auttaakseen pitämään asiat tasapainossa*
Took these for about two weeks before noticing my stomach felt less bloated after meals, and the peach-peach gummy taste is a nice little bonus. The prebiotic FOS plus probiotics in one chew makes it easy to stay consistent.
The peach flavor is genuinely pleasant, not that chalky fake sweetness you get with other gummies. I’ve been taking these after dinner for three weeks and my digestion feels noticeably more regular, which is a win for a guy who used to skip this stuff entirely.
I usually forget to take probiotics, but this peachy gummy makes it easy—chewing one after breakfast actually feels like a treat, not a chore. Three weeks in and my digestion is noticeably less bloated, so the prebiotic FOS is clearly doing something.
