I’ve been taking this every morning when I feel run down, and the berry flavor is actually pleasant—not chalky or overly sweet like others I’ve tried. It’s a small, easy habit that gives me peace of mind on busy weeks, and the bottle lasts a good while.
It’s become my little morning ritual—one scoop in water and I actually feel like I’ve got a shield on for the day. The berry taste is nice and light, not syrupy at all, which matters when you’re rushing out the door. Took it through a busy week and never once felt run down.
The berry flavor is genuinely pleasant, not overly sweet or chalky like some immunity powders I've tried. I toss it into my water bottle on hectic days and it's become a small ritual that makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself.
