I’m only three weeks in, but the hot flashes that used to hit me every hour have dropped to maybe two a day, and my mood swings feel way less like a roller coaster. It’s subtle, not a miracle cure, but it’s the first thing that’s actually made this phase bearable.

The night sweats have finally backed off enough that I'm sleeping through till my alarm, which feels like a small miracle. I've been taking it about three weeks and my mood feels steadier, less like I'm bracing for the next wave.

The mood swings were the worst part for me, but this has leveled things out enough that I can actually get through a workday without snapping at anyone. Three weeks in and my nights are calmer too, which is a huge relief.
