The zip pulls smoothly and the kangaroo pocket is deep enough for my phone and keys without bulging. I’m 178 cm and the medium fits loose but not sloppy, and the hood is properly double-lined so it holds its shape. Wore it straight out of the package and it felt broken-in already.
