The grapefruit flavor makes these actually pleasant to take, which I didn't expect from a beauty supplement. My hair’s been feeling thicker when I brush it, and that biotin and vitamin C combo seems to be doing its job.
Three weeks in and my nails have stopped peeling at the edges, which has never happened with any supplement before. The grapefruit flavor is surprisingly pleasant, not chalky at all, and I actually look forward to my morning dose with the vitamin C.
I’ve been taking these for three weeks and my nails finally stopped splitting—the biotin’s clearly doing something. The grapefruit taste is a nice bonus but I mostly love that it’s a simple way to get my vitamins without choking down a pill.
