The raw-edge hem gives them that laid-back, undone look I was after, and the French terry is light enough for hot days but still feels substantial. Fitted through the hips without being tight, and the back patch pocket actually holds my phone snugly.
The braided drawstrings at the waist are a nice touch—they actually hold the fit snug without digging in. I threw these on for a hot afternoon and the French terry felt light the whole time, plus the flatlock stitching kept everything smooth against my skin.
The white color is so clean and the raw-edge hem gives them a nice laid-back feel. The fitted silhouette is flattering, and the ribbed waistband with braided drawstrings stays put without digging in. I’ve already worn them three times since they arrived.
