Adult Multi & Probiotic Vitamins

The blister pack keeps the probiotic pill and the multivitamin together, which makes my morning routine a lot simpler. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and I like that the probiotic dose is right there with the nutrients.

The probiotic boost in this duo is what sold me—I’ve noticed my digestion feels more settled since starting them, and the fact that both nutrients come in one routine makes mornings easier. The pills are a decent size, no trouble swallowing.

I’ve been taking these with breakfast for two weeks now, and the probiotic boost of 1 billion CFU is a nice safeguard since I tend to skip fermented foods. The pills are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any stomach upset, which is more than I can say for other multis I’ve tried.
