I've been taking these for a month now and the Ashwagandha blend really seems to be doing its job—my desire has picked up noticeably and I actually feel more in the mood when my husband initiates. They're easy to swallow with no weird aftertaste, which I appreciate.

Took these for about three weeks before I noticed a real shift in how I felt, and it wasn't just in the bedroom—my overall mood felt lighter. The ashwagandha is a big reason I picked this over other options, and it's done what I hoped it would.

I was skeptical the ashwagandha would do much, but a few weeks in and I actually felt that flutter of interest again, not just going through the motions. It’s subtle, not a switch, but it’s made a real difference in my marriage.
